CRYSTAL ROLL SEEDED PRE-SLICED with black bean burger patty, grilled baby corn and salsa rossa, sour cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 5002076 CRYSTAL ROLL SEEDED PRE-SLICED
  • Black bean burger patty (or any other veggie burger patty)
  • Salsa rossa (Taco sauce)
  • Baby corn
  • Curly endive
  • Sour cream
  • Lime zest

METHOD

  1. Flash bake CRYSTAL ROLL first (or grill/roast both halves on cutting surface).
  2. Grill or bake the veggie burger patty together with the baby corn cut lengthwise.
  3. Compose the burger: starting with sour cream, the endive, the patty, the salsa rossa, the baby corn and another spoon of sour cream.
  4. Finish by grating some lime peel on the sour cream, pepper and salt.
  5. Close the burger bun.
