Tips & tricks

  • We recommend to brush the croissants with sugar water immediately after the baking. By doing this the viennoiseries are better protected against staling and have an extra sparkling crunch (when served as a sweet item).
  • This croissant is ideal to garnish with sweet or savoury fillings thanks to its round (closed) shape.
